Who we are
Nadeira (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates nadeira.com. Contact: [contact@nadeira.com] • [Camberley UK].

Our position in plain English
We don’t track you, profile you, or sell your data. We avoid collecting personal data unless you choose to share it (e.g., by emailing us). Any unavoidable technical data (like an IP address in a security log) is kept only briefly and then deleted.

1) What we collect (by default)

  • Browsing the site: We do not run analytics, pixels, or ads. Our host may create basic security/access logs that include an IP address and timestamp to keep the site safe. We set these to short retention (≤7 days) and use them only to prevent abuse.

  • Contacting us: If you email or call, we process what you provide (name, email, phone, message) only to reply.

We do not intentionally collect special‑category data. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

2) Legal bases we rely on

  • Legitimate interests: to keep the site secure (short‑lived security logs) and respond to your enquiry.

  • Contract: if you engage us for services.

  • Legal obligation: basic invoicing/records if you become a client (see retention).

3) What we don’t do

  • No analytics or tracking pixels.

  • No advertising cookies.

  • No marketing databases or newsletters.

  • No sale or rental of personal data.

4) Cookies

We aim to use no cookies beyond those strictly necessary for security or basic site functions (if any). If our host sets essential cookies, they do not track you. We do not set analytics/marketing cookies.

5) Sharing & transfers

We don’t share your data except with essential service providers (e.g., our web host or email provider) under contract and confidentiality, or where required by law. If services sit outside the UK/EEA, we use adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6) Retention

  • Security logs: auto‑delete within 7 days.

  • Enquiries (no engagement): delete within 30 days of last contact.

  • Client matters (if you engage us): keep only what we must for legal/insurance/tax (typically 6 years post‑matter), then delete.

You can ask us to delete earlier where law allows.

7) Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and you may withdraw consent (if ever asked for it). To exercise rights, email [hello@nadeira.com]. If unresolved, you can complain to the UK ICO (ico.org.uk).

8) Children

Our services are for professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9) Changes

If we change how we handle data, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date.
